When you contact us by phone regarding a contract already concluded or a prospective order, you will not be charged more than the basic tariff applied by your telecom provider for that call.
By using the website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to the policies published on the website.
1. Definitions
Consumer means a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Professional/B2B means a legal entity or self-employed person acting for professional purposes.
Products means the goods sold on the website, including cosmetics, fragrances, accessories and non-electric beauty tools, as applicable.
Contract means the distance sales contract concluded when the Seller sends the order confirmation on a durable medium, usually by email.
2. Scope (B2C and B2B)
The website primarily targets consumers, but professionals may also place orders.
Consumer-specific statutory rights, including the right of withdrawal, apply only to consumers unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
3. Product Information
Main product characteristics are described on the relevant product page.
For cosmetics and other regulated goods, the product label, mandatory warnings, ingredient list and instructions for use prevail if a discrepancy exists between the website text and the physical packaging.
Where required by applicable product-safety law, the relevant online offer and product page display, clearly and visibly, the name of the manufacturer, its postal and electronic contact details and, where applicable, the responsible person in the EU or another relevant economic operator, together with the product identifier and the relevant warnings or safety information required by law.
For cosmetic products and other regulated goods, we offer only products intended to be lawfully placed on the EU market. Mandatory on-pack information, warnings, instructions for use, ingredients and batch-related details remain those shown on the product and/or its packaging.
Unless expressly stated otherwise and lawfully substantiated, website descriptions do not constitute medical advice and do not guarantee individual results.
4. Prices, VAT, OSS and Promotions
Displayed prices include VAT.
For EU B2C orders, VAT may be determined according to the delivery country under the OSS framework, where applicable.
Shipping costs and any applicable fees are displayed before you place the order.
Where numeric discounts are shown, the legally required reference price is displayed where applicable. Promo codes generally do not stack unless expressly stated otherwise.
Unless expressly stated before order placement, prices displayed to consumers are not personalised on the basis of automated decision-making.
We maintain internal records sufficient to substantiate announced numeric discounts, reference prices and the periods during which promotions are run.
5. Ordering and Contract Formation
Orders may be placed as a guest; creating an account is optional.
The final checkout button is labelled so as to make clear that placing the order implies an obligation to pay.
At or before the beginning of checkout, the website indicates the available payment methods and any delivery restrictions. Immediately before the order is placed, the customer is shown the main characteristics of the goods, the total price, delivery costs and the key pre-contractual information required by applicable law.
Product listings on the website constitute an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer by the Seller.
The contract is concluded only when the Seller sends the order confirmation on a durable medium, usually by email. Automatic receipt acknowledgements do not by themselves amount to acceptance of the order.
6. Payment Methods and Invoicing
We accept online card payments and, where offered, cash on delivery for Romania. Any fees are disclosed before the order is placed.
Invoices are issued electronically. Where Romanian law requires or permits it, invoices may be issued and/or transmitted through RO e-Factura or other lawful electronic invoicing channels.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and invoicing details.
7. Shipping
We deliver in Romania and, where available at checkout, in other EU countries. Certain territories may be excluded.
Estimated processing and transit times are indicative only and may vary based on stock availability, carrier workload, seasonality, public holidays, customs or force majeure events.
Tracking information is provided when available.
8. Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
An order may generally be cancelled until the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
After dispatch, the rules on withdrawal, return, non-delivery and refund set out in the dedicated policies apply.
9. Right of Withdrawal (B2C) – 14 Days
Consumers have the statutory right to withdraw within 14 days under the conditions explained in the Withdrawal & Returns Policy.
Statutory exceptions apply, including for certain sealed goods once unsealed.
10. Non-Conforming Goods / Legal Guarantee
Where a product lacks conformity, consumers benefit from the statutory remedies provided by applicable law, including repair or replacement where relevant, bringing into conformity, price reduction or contract termination, as appropriate.
11. Complaints and ADR
Complaints may be sent to hello@youth20.eu.
Consumers in Romania may also use ANPC’s ADR (SAL) mechanism, as detailed in the complaints policy.
The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has been discontinued and is no longer available.
12. Reviews and User-Generated Content
Where a review is labelled as a "Verified Purchase", this means we have taken reasonable and proportionate steps to link that review to an actual order in our systems or through a review provider.
Not every review necessarily carries a verified label.
We moderate reviews only for objective reasons, such as spam, abusive language, unlawful content, disclosure of personal data or a reasonable suspicion of manipulation. We do not remove reviews simply because they are negative.
13. Intellectual Property
Texts, graphics, logos, images, layout elements and other website content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be copied, reproduced or reused without prior written permission, except where mandatory law allows otherwise.
14. Security and Anti-Fraud
We may hold, verify, refuse or cancel orders in justified cases, for example where the information provided appears inaccurate, payment verification fails or there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud.
Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, it will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We will resume performance as soon as reasonably possible.
16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Romanian law.
Nothing in these Terms restricts consumer rights granted by mandatory law or the jurisdiction rules that apply by law.
17. Updates and Language
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version applicable to an order is the version in force at the time the order is placed.
For consumers in Romania, the legally required pre-contractual and contractual information will also be made available in Romanian in a clear and intelligible form. Once published, the Romanian-language version prevails to the extent required by Romanian mandatory law.
