A.Withdrawal & Returns Policy

This policy explains the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and the return conditions for B2C orders placed on https://youth20.eu.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Consumers may withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods, or from receiving the last item in a multiple-item order, without giving any reason.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the consumer to send the withdrawal communication before the 14-day period expires.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply where a statutory exception exists, including for sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed by the consumer. Where such an exception is relevant to a product category or item, we state it on the relevant product page, in pre-contractual information, at checkout, or through another clear notice before order placement.

Other exceptions may apply to clearly personalised goods, goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, or digital content supplied immediately after the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgement of losing the withdrawal right, where relevant.

These exceptions do not affect the consumer’s separate statutory rights where the goods are non-conforming, unsafe, wrongly delivered or otherwise covered by mandatory law.

3. Return Conditions

For sealed cosmetics or hygiene-related goods, returns based on withdrawal are accepted only if the protective seal remains intact, unless the return is based on non-conformity or another mandatory legal right. Where this rule applies to a specific product or category, it is stated before order placement.

For other goods, the consumer is liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Sets, bundles or multi-part products should be returned complete. Missing components may affect the refund where legally justified.

4. Return Costs

Unless we state otherwise in a specific promotion or unless the return is based on non-conformity, the consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

If we offer an assisted return or carrier pick-up, the related cost will be communicated in advance and may be deducted from the refund if you choose that option.

If we have not properly informed the consumer before the order is placed that the direct cost of return is to be borne by the consumer, we will bear that cost to the extent required by applicable law.

5. How to Start a Return

Please email hello@youth20.eu with the subject line “Return / Withdrawal”, stating the order number and the items you wish to return.

You may also use the optional model withdrawal form included below, but its use is not mandatory.

If a refund by bank transfer is exceptionally needed, please include the IBAN and account holder details.

Pack the goods securely and keep proof of shipment.

Unless we have offered to collect the goods ourselves, the consumer should send the goods back or hand them over without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which the withdrawal decision was communicated to us.

6. Refund Timing and Method

If withdrawal is valid, refunds are made within 14 days from the date we are informed of the withdrawal decision.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Where withdrawal is valid, we reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order. Any supplementary cost resulting from the consumer’s choice of a more expensive delivery method is not reimbursed unless the law requires otherwise.

7. Partial Returns, Thresholds and Conditional Benefits

If a partial return causes the order to fall below a free-shipping or promotional threshold, we may deduct the standard benefit that no longer applies, where this possibility was clearly disclosed in advance and is legally permitted.

If a conditional gift, sample or promotional bundle item must be returned as part of the original offer and is not returned, its value may be deducted where legally permitted and clearly disclosed.

8. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges operationally in certain cases, but unless mandatory law provides otherwise, an exchange is a commercial option and not a separate statutory right.

B. Refund Policy

This Refund Policy supplements the Withdrawal & Returns Policy and the Non-Conformity & Legal Guarantee Policy.

1. General Rule

Refunds are generally issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless another lawful method is agreed with the customer.

2. Timing

Where a refund depends on the return of goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of shipment, as allowed by law.

Refund timing may also depend on card issuer, bank processing times or payment provider procedures.

3. Possible Deductions

Where legally permitted, a refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Where clearly disclosed in advance and legally permitted, a refund may also be adjusted if a return invalidates a conditional free-shipping or promotional benefit.

4. Non-Conformity Cases

If a product is confirmed as non-conforming and refund is the appropriate legal remedy, the consumer will not be charged the costs that the law places on the seller.
