Yes. We offer products intended to be lawfully placed on the EU market. Mandatory information such as ingredients, warnings, instructions for use and batch-related details remain those shown on the product and/or its packaging.
The product page provides the main characteristics of the item. For cosmetics and other regulated products, if any discrepancy appears, the physical packaging, ingredient list, warnings and instructions for use prevail.
Estimated processing and transit times may vary, but delivery is made without undue delay and within the maximum period required by applicable law. Shipping costs are shown at checkout, tracking is provided where available, and free shipping in Romania applies to eligible orders over RON 299.
If you are a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receiving the goods. However, for sealed cosmetics or hygiene-related products, returns based on withdrawal are accepted only if the protective seal remains intact, unless the return is based on non-conformity or another mandatory legal right.

If non-conformity is confirmed, the remedies available by law may include bringing the goods into conformity, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract, as applicable.
